Step one is to give us a call or text, or conveniently schedule your rental online. Once your order is placed, we will promptly send you a comprehensive contract outlining all the details of our services, ensuring full transparency and clear expectations.

Confirmation
Once your order is placed, our team will send a confirmation via email and text, ensuring your delivery is scheduled for the requested date and time.
03.
Delivery Updates
You will receive a text message and email 30 minutes prior to your delivery, notifying you that the dumpster is en route. If preferred, you may also request a call from our driver for additional confirmation.
04.
Drop Off
Our team will confirm your preferred drop-off location for the dumpster, whether it’s on the driveway (we’ll place it on the specific side you request), the street, or any other designated area. Our drivers will ensure the dumpster is positioned exactly where you need it for maximum convenience.
05.
Pick up
When you’re ready for pickup, simply give us a call or scan the QR code located on the back of the dumpster. This will alert our team to send a driver for removal. We wait for your notification to ensure the dumpster isn’t removed prematurely, giving you the flexibility to complete your project at your own pace.
06.
And that’s it!
After the dumpster is removed, our driver will empty the bin and notify you of any excess weight charges, if applicable. We’re always here when you need us again—just like a friend. Friendly Dumpsters is committed to supporting your needs with reliable and hassle-free service.
